How to Process a Return
Step 1: Request a Return
Contact us at +1 907-272-3662 or email info@whaleivorysales.com to initiate a return. You do not need a return authorization number, but please include a brief note inside the package indicating whether you’d like a refund or an exchange, along with your contact details.
Step 2: Ship Your Item
Please pack your item securely, preferably using the original packaging. Include proof of purchase with your return.

Step 3: Return Review and Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item. Please note that:
- Items must be in original, unworn, and undamaged condition
- Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or framed (in the case of artwork), cannot be accepted
- Returns without proof of purchase or improperly packaged will be declined
Refund Methods
- Apple Pay: Refunded to the original apple wallet
- Zelle: Refunded to your bank account
- Crypto: Refund to your crypto wallet
How Long Will My Refund Take?
- Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return
- Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle to appear on your statement
- During high-volume periods (October–December), please allow 7–10 business days
