Payment Plans – Whale Ivory Sales

At Whale Ivory Sales, we understand that investing in a timeless piece of scrimshaw or ivory art is a meaningful decision. That’s why we offer simple and flexible payment plans to help you acquire the pieces you love — without pressure.

We don’t use automated billing or credit card processors. Instead, we work directly with our clients to arrange a secure and personalized payment schedule that suits their budget.

HOW OUR PAYMENT PLANS WORK

We offer short-term installment plans on most items over $500. Once you’ve selected an item and contacted us, we’ll reserve it for you and discuss your preferred payment schedule — typically split into two or three monthly payments.

Each payment is manually arranged, and we’ll stay in touch to remind you when the next payment is due. We accept secure payment methods such as Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay, or Crypto...

HOW TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN

STEP 1: Contact Us
Reach out to us at +1 907-272-3662 or email info@whaleivorysales.com to request a payment plan. Let us know which item you’re interested in, and we’ll guide you through the available options.

STEP 2: Agree to Terms
We’ll work with you to set up a custom plan. You’ll receive a summary of the payment terms in writing, including due dates and available payment methods.

STEP 3: Make Your First Payment
Your first payment serves as a non-refundable deposit to hold the item. Once received, we’ll remove the item from sale and reserve it in your name.

STEP 4: Complete Your Payments
You’ll make your remaining payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. We’ll send payment reminders and instructions for each step. Once your balance is fully paid, we’ll promptly ship your item.


Refund Methods

  • Apple Pay: Refunded to the original apple wallet
  • Zelle: Refunded to your bank account
  • Crypto: Refund to your crypto wallet

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Items are shipped only after full payment has been received.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • If a payment is more than 7 days late without prior communication, the plan may be canceled and the item returned to inventory.
  • Whale Ivory Sales is not responsible for delays due to incomplete payments or failure to respond.
  • Only one active payment plan per customer at a time.
